Being on a diet implies that you are eating a certain way for a certain amount of time until you reach your desired goal, in this case, weight loss.
What happens if you make it to your goal? With many people, they rejoice their accomplishment, and over time gain the weight right back. They had the tenacity to make it to their goal but they didn’t change their habits.
Think healthy, and make an effort to make food and exercise choices that fit your new way of life. If you change your habits, you will not only lose weight, but keep it off!

Stress manifests itself in many ways and our bodies pay a high price for it. Nervousness, fatigue, muscular tension, digestion problems, sadness, apathy, rashes, irritability, headaches, and weight gain (just to name a few) are some of the unwanted side effects of too much stress in our lives.

Studies have shown a high correlation between stress and belly fat!
Do yourself a favor and take control. Find out what is causing stress, and take action towards preventing it. To fight off stress you can get more sleep, exercise more often, keep a diary, re-connect with loved ones/build stronger relationships, eat properly, drink less alcohol, and regularly engage in activities that soothe both your mind and body. For example: yoga, meditation, getting a massage, etc.
